OVERVIEW 
Welcome to Peak Innovo! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Peak Innovo. Peak Innovo operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). 
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

1. QUOTATIONS

  • Quotations may be requested via telephone, email, or through the Peak Innovo website;
  • All quotations are valid for 30 days only, as pricing and stock availability may change without notice.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT & PROCESSING

  • Once an order is placed, payment is required before any order will be processed;
  • Orders are confirmed and entered into production only after we receive receipt of the required deposit (it happens automatically);
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, will be included on the invoice;
  • The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of any order placed and for the prompt provision of all important information regarding the products so that Peak Innovo can fulfill the order as stated in the specific product description;
  • You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Peak Innovo reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
  • An order becomes binding once accepted by the customer;
  • Custom or special orders manufactured to customer specifications cannot be cancelled once production has commenced;
  • The Customer's order is confirmed by Peak Innovo through acceptance ("Order Confirmation").

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);

  • Credit card payments;

  • Once production has started, special orders may not be cancelled;

  • Delivery will only occur once full payment is reflected in Peak Innovo’s bank account;

  • All products remain the property of Peak Innovo until full payment has been received.

5. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

  • Peak Innovo reserves the right to cancel orders if necessary;
  • Any changes to an order must be requested before manufacturing begins;
  • Deposits are non-refundable once a custom product has been completed;
  • Administrative fees may apply to cancelled orders.
  • If Customer do not want the ordered item without any reasonable explanation or the customer wants to cancel the order, or make any changes to the order and it has been already processed on Customer's name, 5 % processing fee* will be granted, calculated from the order value.

*Every single product found in the store is hand made, because of that, the processing is very complex and we process every order very personally by packaging it carefully, so we take 5 % processing fee to cover our extra time used in this process.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard product returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is required;

  • Product must be unused and returned in original condition;

  • Customer has to pay all of the return delivery expenses if:
    • If the customer do not want the ordered item without any reasonable explanation;
    • If the order has been already shipped out and the customer wants to cancel the order or make any changes to the order;
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs and there is no refund on shipping;
  • Product return delivery fees will be covered from Peak Innovo ONLY under these circumstances:
    • If the package has been visually damaged, without customer opening the box.

7. DELIVERY

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. GPS coordinates may be requested;
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, labor disruptions, or similar circumstances;
  • Delivery arrangements are generally confirmed approximately one week prior to delivery;
  • Ownership remains with Peak Innovo until full payment is received;
  • Any special delivery requirements must be communicated in advance;
  • Specific delivery date requests must be approved by management;
  • Storage fees may apply if delivery cannot be accepted as scheduled;
  • All products must be inspected upon delivery, and any defects must be reported immediately to the courier;
  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays;
  •  All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed;
  •  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control;
  • Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

8. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

  • Peak Innovo does not warrant products that have been incorrectly installed, misused, damaged, or modified;
  • Defects occurring prior to delivery are covered;
  • After delivery, collection, repair, and return may incur additional fees;
  • Products must be returned to Peak Innovo by the customer or collected by Peak Innovo if arranged.

9. INCORRECT ORDERS

  • Peak Innovo cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements, specifications, or order details provided by the customer.

11. FEEDBACK

  • If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use;
  • We may, for example, use our rights under this license to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under the Terms of Service.
